Payment and Insurance Info: To help meet your health care needs, we participate in many of the PPOs and HMOs including Medicare in the Greater Kansas City area. If you subscribe to one of these plans, you will pay the co-pay or the applicable deductible at the time of your visit. However, if you do not subscribe to one of the accepted PPO/HMOs, we ask that you pay for the services at the time of your visit.
To assist you with your insurance claim, we will check your coverage during your visit to our office. Of course, we will be happy to help you complete your insurance forms. Since you will be paying for the services during your visit, the insurance company will send the check directly to you.

To ensure accurate billing, you will be asked for current insurance information each time you check in for an appointment at the office. You will be asked to review all your personal information upon check in. Please review this information carefully and alert our staff of any changes.
All copays are due at the time of your appointment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, personal checks and cash. You are responsible for paying any deductible, co-insurance, or other balance that is not paid by your insurance company. Accounts are due upon receipt of your first statement.
