Dr. Gonzalez completed her Bachelor degree in Biological Sciences from Florida State University. She then went on to attend Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in 2010.

After graduation, she completed a one-year Preceptorship at Heartland Podiatry where she was able to increase her patient experience and diagnostic techniques. Later, she attended a 3-year Surgical residency at SSM Health Depaul Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Here she became trained in Forefoot, Rearfoot and Ankle surgical techniques and treatments.

She has interests in all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery. She looks forward to returning to Heartland Podiatry to help her patients live a more pain-free life.

Her interests Include: Being with friends and family, music, movies, bowling, and her dog.
